Grace Never Looks Backwards
The Grace that our Lord provides to each of us is not only heartwarming but also demonstrates His absolute love because Grace never looks backwards.
Sometimes Grace can be a difficult concept for us to understand and embrace because Jesus is only concerned in our potential and not with our past. He realizes that each person is flawed and that nothing a person can do on demonstrates his or her own can wipe those sins.
What each of us needs to understand is that we need both Faith in our Lord and the belief that we need His guidance to live a righteous life. Grace tells us that we will be made whole when we begin to follow God and allow the Holy Spirit to shape us. By giving our trust and confidence in Jesus, we then realize that Grace never looks backwards and we can realize our potential though having a relationship with Him.
